Guided Tour Policies
Deposits:
Reservations can be made via telephone, email or fax. ATG requires a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation. The balance of account is due 60 days prior to the start date of your tour. We prefer a check, but we are happy to accept credit cards or money orders. We will hold a reservation for 10 days if you prefer to pay by check through the mail. We accept Visa and Matercard. Reservations made less than 60 days in advance of trip date must be paid in full. After a deposit is received, we will send a confirmation package.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to tour start date will be refunded less a 5% per person processing fee. Cancellations less that 60 days prior to tour start date are non-refundable, regardless of circumstance. We strongly recommend that travelers purchase insurance. ATG does not sell travel insurance.
