Conveniently located 40 miles north of Anchorage, in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley at Alaska's crossroads to fun and adventure. These quality lodgings are an ideal home base for any Southcentral traveler. Newly built and custom designed for our guests' comfort. This beautiful Alaskan country retreat is nestled on 14 acres of private property, partially wooded and partially landscaped to enhance nature's own beautiful wildflowers, melodic songbirds and serene mountain views. 10 minutes to access either Highway 1 or 3. The main traveling routes for exploring Southcentral Alaska's many recreational activities and attractions.
These cozy guest homes are fully equipped and comfortably furnished. Deluxe in modern amenities, they each have a furnished kitchen, TV, VCR, W/D*, phone, stereo, deck, gas BBQ and more as a standard part of their comfort. Each of our Alaska accommodations vary in sleeping arrangements and a few exclusive luxury amenities such as decks, mountain view, and fireplaces. Guests are provided with a clean home, extra linens, and the means to clean up their daily living. Linen change and light housekeeping is done once a week. Daily housekeeping can be arranged at additional cost.
